Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling policy: At Elegant Essence Bridal Services, we value your time as much as our own. When you schedule a consultation, that time is reserved exclusively for you to discuss your vision and how we can best support your wedding day. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other couples who may be waiting for a consultation slot. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiting the consultation slot. Missed consultations without prior notice may require a $25 rebooking fee to secure another appointment.
